RULES

 1. General provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") set out the general terms and conditions for the use of the online shop www.lautrex.lt. The Terms and Conditions apply when the Customer selects, orders and purchases the goods offered in the www.lautrex.lt shop.

1.2. www.lautrex.lt store is organized and related services are provided to the Buyer by UAB "LAUTREX", registered office address Senamiesčio g. 102 B, 35116, Panevėžys, legal entity code 305679711, VAT tax code LT100013948712, hereinafter referred to as Seller.

1.3. The following persons, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer in these Rules, are entitled to make purchases in the Seller's e-shop:

1.3.1. natural persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court order;

1.3.2. legal persons;

1.3.3. minors between the ages of 14 and 18 years, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless they are disposing of their income independently.

1.4 By registering and/or placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she has the right to make purchases in the www.lautrex.lt shop.

 

2. Conclusion of the contract of sale and purchase

2.1 The contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded when the Buyer places an order for the Goods and makes payment for the Goods or agrees to pay by courier. Prior to placing an order and/or making payment, the Buyer must confirm that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Buyer's online shop by clicking on AGREE. If the Buyer does not accept all or part of the Rules, he/she may not proceed with the order and purchase in the www.lautrex.lt e-shop.

2.2 Prices in the www.lautrex.lt e-shop are quoted in Euros including VAT (€ + VAT).

2.3 In order to order goods in the online shop www.lautrex.lt, the Buyer must indicate in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller the following data necessary for the proper execution of the order: name, surname, delivery address and postal code, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as any other information that may be necessary for the delivery of the goods.

2.4 The Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to collect the goods himself, and the goods have been delivered to the address indicated and, according to the details provided by the Buyer, have been handed over to another person, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim in respect of the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.

2.5 The Seller shall have the right to contact the Buyer by telephone or e-mail in the event of any uncertainty. If the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer using the Buyer's contact details, the order shall be cancelled.

 

3. Delivery of goods

You can order goods in the lautrex.lt online store at any time of the day, any day of the week. We cannot specify specific delivery prices in this description, because due to the unstable situation in our country and the world, prices are currently constantly changing.

Delivery of goods through OMNIVA postal machines in the Republic of Lithuania takes 1-2 working days. To Latvia 2-3 working days, to Estonia 3-4 working days. All OMNIVA postal machines operating in Lithuania: omniva.lt/verslo/pastomatu_adresai/vietos

Delivery of goods by courier. The order will reach you (in the Republic of Lithuania) within 2-4 working days, in other countries within 4-25 working days.

 

4. Returning of goods

4.1. Returns and exchanges of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for Returns and Exchanges of Goods", approved by Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001, and the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services in the case of Contracts Concluded by Means of Communication" approved by Order No 258 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001.

4.2. The Buyer shall have the right to return the goods without stating a reason by notifying the Seller within 14 days from the moment of delivery or collection of the goods at the registered office.

4.3. The Buyer shall have the right to return faulty goods by notifying the Seller in writing or by telephone or e-mail, stating the reason for returning the goods. The Seller shall be liable for defects in the goods which become apparent within two years of the sale of the goods, unless a longer period is provided for by law or contract. The Buyer may choose either to exchange the defective product for a quality product free of charge or to claim a refund of the money paid for the product and for delivery. The buyer also has the right to negotiate with the seller to reduce the price of the defective goods.

4.4. The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, in the same condition as received by the Buyer. Damage to the packaging necessary for the inspection of the goods shall not be considered as material damage. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

4.5. When returning the goods, the proof of purchase must be presented.

4.6. The Seller undertakes to reimburse the Buyer for the returned goods as soon as the goods have been accepted, but no later than within 4 working days.

4.7. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Clauses 10 and 11 of the Regulations.

4.8. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size or colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the equipment used by the Buyer.

4.9. Returned goods must be delivered to the Seller's address - UAB "LAUTREX", Senamiesčio st. 102 B, 35116, Panevėžys.

4.10. The relations arising on the basis of these Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.11. All disagreements arising from the execution of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. The Buyer may use Electronic Dispute Resolution or the Consumer Rights Information System. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

5. Final provisions

5.1 All disagreements arising from the execution of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. The Buyer may use Electronic Dispute Resolution or the Consumer Rights Information System. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
