1.     Returns and exchanges of goods shall be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for Returns and Exchanges of Goods", approved by Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001, and the "Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services in the case of Contracts Concluded by Means of Communication" approved by Order No 258 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001.

2.     The Buyer shall have the right to return the goods without stating a reason by notifying the Seller within 14 days from the moment of delivery or collection of the goods at the registered office.

3.     The Buyer shall have the right to return faulty goods by notifying the Seller in writing or by telephone or e-mail, stating the reason for returning the goods. The Seller shall be liable for defects in the goods which become apparent within two years of the sale of the goods, unless a longer period is provided for by law or contract. The Buyer may choose either to exchange the defective product for a quality product free of charge or to claim a refund of the money paid for the product and for delivery. The buyer also has the right to negotiate with the seller to reduce the price of the defective goods.

4.     The returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, in the same condition as received by the Buyer. Damage to the packaging necessary for the inspection of the goods shall not be considered as material damage. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

5.     When returning the goods, the proof of purchase must be presented.

6.     The Seller undertakes to reimburse the Buyer for the returned goods as soon as the goods have been accepted, but no later than within 4 working days.

7.     The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in Clauses 10 and 11 of the Regulations.

8.     The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size or colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the equipment used by the Buyer.

9.     Returned goods must be delivered to the Seller's address - UAB "LAUTREX", Senamiesčio st. 102 B, 35116, Panevėžys.

10.  The relations arising on the basis of these Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.  All disagreements arising from the execution of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. The Buyer may use Electronic Dispute Resolution or the Consumer Rights Information System. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
