Terms and Conditions for gift coupons

1. General provisions:

1.1. These general rules for purchase, sale and use of UAB “Lautrex” gift coupons (hereinafter – Rules) regulate the purchase of goods from an online shop lautrex.lt owned and operated by the company (hereinafter – Online shop) ensuring compliance with and implementation of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and legal acts on consumer rights protection.

1.2. UAB “Lautrex” gift coupon (hereinafter – Gift Coupon) is a single-use document confirming the fact of prepayment by the purchaser and entitling the purchaser to purchase goods offered or sold by the E-shop www.lautrex.lt during a specified period.

1.3. By ordering or using Gift Coupons, purchasers acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the purchaser is not familiar with these Terms and Conditions, UAB “Lautrex” has the right to refuse to provide services.

1.4. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the terms and conditions of any transaction entered into by purchasers using the company’s services.

1.5. UAB “Lautrex” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Online Shop lautrex.lt.

2. Purchase of Gift Coupons:



2.1. Gift Coupons are available at the E-shop lautrex.lt.

2.2. Gift Coupons are issued only after the full price of the Gift Coupon has been paid.

2.3. Gift Coupon shall bear the face value of the coupon, the discount code, the expiry date and such other information as is necessary for the proper information of the customer and the performance of the functions of the Gift Coupon.

2.4. Gift Coupons are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase in E-shop lautrex.lt.

2.5. Gift Coupons purchased in the online shop are sent to the buyer by e-mail (electronic voucher).

2.6. For the purchase of Gift Coupons, an invoice in the prescribed form shall be issued to document the sale of the Gift Coupon. A VAT invoice can only be issued after the goods have been purchased.

2.7. Due to technical difficulties or other circumstances, the sale of Gift Coupons may be suspended or interrupted. UAB “Lautrex” shall also have the right to suspend and/or terminate the provision of the services in respect of a particular purchaser if that customer is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, any other rules or conditions imposed by the company, or if the customer’s conduct is criminal or contrary to public policy or good morals.

3. Use of Gift Coupons :

3.1. The Purchaser may use the purchased Gift Coupon himself/herself or transfer it to a third party.

3.2. In order to purchase goods, it is necessary to enter the discount code specified in the Gift voucher in the "Discount code" box on the Order form.

3.3. Lost or misplaced Gift Coupons cannot be replaced.

3.4. One Gift Coupon can be redeemed one time, with the unused amount do not remaining for the next time.

3.5. If the price of goods purchased is higher than the amount of the Gift Coupon, the purchaser shall pay the difference by other means of payment.

3.6. Once the Gift Coupons have been used in full, they become invalid.

3.7. Unused Gift Coupons amounts are non-refundable.

3.8. Gift Coupons are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or another Gift Coupon, and cannot be topped up, gift Coupons can‘t be renewed upon expiry.

4. Validity of Gift Coupons :

4.1. Gift Coupons are valid from the date of purchase, i.e. the date of payment. Their validity period is indicated on the Coupons.

4.2. Upon expiry of the Gift Coupon, Gift Coupon will be cancelled and may not be used further.
